Alex George
Alex GeorgeOwner and Operator

Alex attended Virginia Tech University and has been trucking for 4+ years now. Prior to working in the food industry, Alex was heavily involved with soccer and worked in finance. His entrepreneurial spirit stems from his family’s fashion store in West Virginia and his love for food first originated with his grandmother’s Lebanese cooking.

Karissa Hendricks

Karissa is a San Diego native that has been cooking for 7+ years in various farm to table restaurants. Her main focus is on creating an ever-evolving menu using seasonal and locally sourced produce. Karissa is heavy on building community-based relationships with farmers and food driven minds. Her passion and dedication for her craft are evident in every bite.

MENU

Our menu features GOOD items that are vegetarian, health conscious and delicious, while the EVIL items are healthier, meat-centric and flavor focused! In addition to these items, we feature a vegetarian and non-vegetarian taco of the day, season drinks and daily specials!

KIMCHI QUESADILLA

House-made vegan kimchi, Mexican queso blend, freshly made flour tortilla.

TWICE BAKED POTATO BITES

Overstuffed potato with sour cream, jack/cheddar cheese blend, house smoked bacon and green onions.

SWEET POTATO ROLLED TACOS

Caramelized onions, vegan cheese, house-made vegan chipotle aioli, shredded lettuce and vegan kimchi on a freshly made corn tortilla.

CRISPY CHICKEN ROLLED TACOS

Free ranged chicken breast, cheddar cheese and corn tortilla grilled to perfection and topped with sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes.

SQUASH & BLACK BEAN BURRITO

Seasonal mushrooms & squash, house-made salsa, fire roasted peppers & onions, pico de gallo and shredded lettuce on a flour tortilla.

HOUSE SMOKED BACON BLT

Bacon cured and smoked in-house, caramelized onion jam, herbed cream cheese, avocado, lettuce and tomato on a toasted ciabatta roll. House-made pickle.

GRILLED PORTOBELLO SANDWICH

Homemade pesto, avocado, grilled zucchini, lettuce and tomato on a toasted ciabatta roll with a house-made pickle.

PHILLY CHEESE STEAK

Marinated Angus beef, mozzarella cheese, fire roasted peppers & onions and house-made herbed aioli on a buttery toasted ciabatta roll with a house-made pickle.
